More about our design process

1. Initial Meeting

The journey to your dream kitchen begins with a visit to our showroom. Our cabinetry displays are updated on a regular basis to showcase the latest styles, colours and materials. We encourage you to bring rough sketches, pictures and house plans of the existing space or blueprints of your new house. We will assess your needs, discuss your budget and outline the timeline.

2. In-House Consultation

We provide complementary in-house consultation to our prospective clients. We will conduct a needs analysis and measure your space. Such information will help us provide you with a rough estimate of the project. To continue to the design stage, we will require a design retainer based on the size and complexity of the project. This retainer will be deducted from the total cost of the project.

3. Preliminary Design and Presentation

Based on your needs analysis, we will develop a personalized design concept custom-tailored to your evolving lifestyle. All concepts are presented using state-of-the-art 3D renderings on a large- screen TV monitor for a truly immersive experience. Here we aim for a true collaborative approach and invite your interaction throughout the design process. This engaging process distills all your layout possibilities to arrive at the best design for you.

4. Selection stage

Once your layout has been developed and your style has been defined, selections are made regarding door style, countertops, hardware, and more. As we provide true custom cabinetry and renovations, the options for your space are limitless. We provide expert advice in coordinating your cabinets, counters, and other elements in your room for an esthetic that is true to you. If you already have a general contractor or interior designer, we are happy to work side-by-side and relay al pertinent specifications to your team, ensuring timely and accurate project progression.

5. Final stage

Once the cabinetry installation and renovation are complete, we will do a final walk-through with you to ensure your complete approval of the final product. Anything that needs adjusting will be remedied in a timely matter. Even at this point, our job is not done. We are always available for follow-up questions, warranty assistance, and any other questions or concerns you may have.
